Today we touch on meatless meals and the importance of understanding the energy and resources behind the burger! As a prior vegetarian who hates the smell of meat cooking, going meatless is easier for me than my carnivorous counter part, but at the end of the day by cutting meat out of just one meal a week, we not only take a stand against our carbon footprint but save a little money on the way.

This immense use of resources is one of the main motives behind the Meatless Monday movement, and a great reason to break out a new vegetarian recipe every now and again.
